Comfort Schedule is a scheduling system that is user friendly for all household repair and contractor calls.
This schedule allows people like plumbers, appliance repair, and electricians to easily schedule their clients all year round.
Features include invoicing, google map address assistance, an inventory system, storage of all clients
seen and organized technician friendly scheduling and many more.
Our application ideally matches small and medium size appliance repair companies, plumbers, electricians, gardeners, etc.
INVENTORY SERVICE
Our inventory system allows easy storage and organization, and tracking of parts. Including a search system to find parts in categories such as requested, available and ordered. You can also look up which parts go to which clients, and their corresponding addresses. Inventory also keeps track of the price of every part.
MULTI COMPANY FOR TECHNICIAN
Comfort Schedule allows multiple contractors and technicians to combine different company schedules. If you work for multiple companies, Comfort Schedule allows you to book appointments for multiple companies using one scheduling system and calendar, if they also use Comfort Schedule.
NOTIFICATION STYSTEM
Comfort Schedule comes with a notification system that links up to technician’s phones. When a new appointment is set, they receive a notification with information corresponding to their appointment. Any time an appointment is cancelled or changed, they also will receive a notification.
ARCHIVING
An archive feature is included where one can view jobs in progress that have not been closed out and an archive of jobs completed. The archive has no limit to the storage of complete jobs.
GOOGLE POWERED MAP
Looking up addresses easy and is powered by Google Maps. A map shows up on the appointment screen of where clients are located.
REPORTING
Comfort schedule also comes with a reporting feature. The reporting feature allows you to track how many parts have been installed per technician, which appointments the technician has completed, and links up with the invoicing feature to show how much a technician has made per job. You may view their payouts monthly, weekly, or even create a custom time bracket. The reporting feature also includes a feature called range statistic. The Range Statistic allows you to look at a certain chunk of time (a week, a month, 2 weeks, or a custom amount) and see how many appointments were generated, number of invoices generated, appointments completed, part cost, parts installed and total invoice amount for labor performed.
